Red: Lower Body

A treadmill and weight station interval training class designed to improve both cardio and strength. Alternate between intense runs and strength exercises, or book a Double Bench (DB) to stay on the weights station throughout the class. Red embodies energy and warmth, enhancing physical power and endurance through slow, controlled movements with heavy weights.
