Reformer Basics

To join our Reformer classes, you must wear grippy Pilates socks—barefoot or regular socks are not permitted. Bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio for $20. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone recovering from an injury. We’ll cover foundational shapes and machine techniques, helping you build the confidence to move into Reformer Flow classes.
