Red: Lower Body

Reformer Basics
A beginner friendly class, covering foundational shapes and alignment
Yogasana
A challenging set sequence that will test your stamina. Not suitable for absolute beginners.
Reformer Flow
Inspired by classical pilates you'll improve posture, balance and flexibility.
Barre
Define and lengthen muscles, improve posture and gain flexibility.
Reformer Strength
Focus on strength, power and precision, using heavier weights and resistance.
HIIT Pilates
A mix of HIIT training and Pilates principles. Fun, sweaty and dynamic.
Sound Healing
Sound therapy uses audible vibration to bring the body and mind back to a state of health.
Dynamic Yoga
Challenging flows set to music and designed to give you a good workout whilst stretching.
Yin Yoga
A passive, stretch class which focuses on connective tissues.

A full body Pilates- based workout that will enhance overall fitness levels.
Reformer Cardio
Work your cardiovascular system with jump boards. Do at least three Reformer Flow classes before reformer cardio.

Love Yayoi she gives great corrections and direction in class and the exercises are tough. Enjoy it the most when arms are incorporated with leg exercises so it’s not so legs focussed.
